Nuva is a small Danish supplement company building daily rituals for women who don't have time to be tired.
01 / What we noticed
Most supplements promise more energy. The women we know already have too much of the wrong kind.
We started Nuva after seeing the same pattern in ourselves and the women around us. Smart, ambitious, doing fine on paper — and quietly burning out underneath. The coffee that used to feel like a tool started feeling like a problem. We weren't tired. We were overstimulated. There's a difference, and most of the supplement aisle gets it backwards.
02 / What we make
Single-ingredient supplements, dosed for the research , made to be carried.
Our first product is an L-theanine gummy — the calming amino acid found in green tea, dosed at the level used in actual studies. We'll be adding more products in the same shape: one ingredient, the right dose, for a specific moment in your day. No proprietary blends. No 14-ingredient stacks. No hype.

Most supplements fail not because they don't work, but because they sit in a cabinet. We design for the actual moment of consumption — what it tastes like, where it lives, whether it slips into your existing routine. Our jars are made for handbags, not medicine cabinets. That's not a marketing line. It's the brief.
